The system consists of inverted prestressed ‘T’ shaped concrete beams laid down with standard concrete blocks between them. The beams provide a sturdy foundation and immediate working platform, while the blocks act as infill, creating a solid and level surface for the floor. This combination offers exceptional strength, stability and longevity, making it an ideal choice for various construction projects.
Our precast concrete beams are manufactured using precision steel moulds and pre-stressed steel wires, resulting in a superior finish known as the Wet-Cast finish or A-Grade. This process ensures that the beams are robust and resistant to wear and tear, unaffected by cold and wet weather conditions.
