New approach jetty at Tower Wharf, Northfleet
PPG manufactured 11 beams which were 9.5 metres long and weighed between 18 and 19 tonnes. In addition we produced 33 concrete slabs which varied in weight between 18 and 28 tonnes and were 5.38 metres long.

Bromford and Castle Vale flood risk management scheme
We supplied a total of 355 metres of precast flood defence walls which varied in height from 1.495 to 1.995 metres high using 50% GGBS (Ground granulated blast-furnace slag) which reduced the embodied carbon of each unit by 35%.
